People who contact Loverphilippines Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Loverphilippines Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist with licensed contractors.
